Return & Exchange Policy

At WeartoFlex, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to offer the best in fabric, graphics, and design. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, please read our return and exchange policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
- Non-Customized Products: Eligible for return or exchange within 3 days of delivery.
- Customized Products: Not eligible for return unless:
- The item received is damaged.
- There is a manufacturing defect.
- There is an error in the customization from our end.
- The item received is damaged.
2. Conditions for Return
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase (order ID, invoice) is required.
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alterations are not eligible for return.
3. Process for Return or Exchange
- Email us at wtoflex@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Include:
- Order ID
- Reason for return/exchange
- Clear images (in case of damage/defect)
- Order ID
- Our team will respond within 48 hours to confirm eligibility.
- Once approved, ship the product to the address we provide.
- On receipt and inspection, we will process the refund or exchange within 3 working days.
4. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- In case of Cash on Delivery, refund will be processed via UPI or bank transfer after collecting necessary details.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Exchange Policy
- You may exchange the product for a different size or design (of equal value) subject to availability.
- Exchange requests follow the same steps as returns.
6. Important Notes
- WeartoFlex reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our conditions.
- We do not cover return shipping charges unless the return is due to our error.
